Notary Public Services
Starting at $10 (cash only) per document for Oaths, Witness service or Certifications. Depositions up to $50.00. Public Elected Officials in need of Oaths are free. I offer Military Discounts and possibly free services to Active Duty/Reserves, Veterans/Disabled Veterans with proof. Additional charges may be applied for additional documents.
Additional charges: 25 miles within Manchester, NH, no travel charge. 25+ outside of Manchester, NH is $1.00 per mile, one way.
Simple Justice of the Peace Ceremony
City Hall ceremonies or local ceremonies are $50.00, within Manchester, NH city limits.
If you prefer a simple vows at City Hall with a short notice of the ceremony, the cost is $75.00 within Manchester, New Hampshire. 10-Mile radius outside of Manchester, NH is $100.00, No rehearsal.
$150.00 beyond the 10-mile-25 mile radius, rehearsal & vows included.
$200 beyond the 25-mile radius outside of Manchester, New Hampshire. Rehearsal is an additional charge of $100.00, or agreed upon price, which is to be determined.
$15.00 for one copy of the Marriage Certificate.
Military/Veteran Discounts of 10% may be offered with proof, of the ceremony only. Not rehearsals.
You must, and are required to, obtain your license from your City Clerk or Town Hall prior to the ceremony being held. And have a valid form of Identification presented.

Justice of the Peace Full Ceremony
Starting at $250.00 to a max of $500.00, beyond the 25 miles from Manchester, NH. This does not include any additional charges if I have to be there for the rehearsal. Rehearsals are a separate charge.
If I have to overnight due to distance, we will need to discuss the per diem rate.
Additional copy of marriage certificate, $15.00.
